Butcher’s House Brasserie is a French restaurant centered around wood-fire grilling, created by Chef Jeoffrey Offer. The menu features dry-aged steaks, traditional French dishes, and classic sauces. Our small, intimate, and cozy dining room is designed to transport you to France for an evening.

Our Story
Butcher’s House is rooted in owner and chef Jeoffrey Offer’s childhood in Toulouse, France. The son of a butcher, Jeoffrey grew up in a home where food, craftsmanship, and the butcher’s trade were part of everyday life. The restaurant’s name is a direct reference to those years.
After training as a chef in France, Jeoffrey moved to the United States at the age of 24. Butcher’s House brings together the food he grew up with: wood-fire-grilled meats, traditional French dishes, and classic sauces, served in the warm and welcoming spirit of a neighborhood brasserie.
